I am under five feet tall and am a US Size 4 with a small chest, so I was actually concerned that a small might end up being too big. Turned out that it is a perfect fit. There was actually a moment of concern that it might be too small, but I just needed to get the shelf bra moved to the correct position.The toning bands do run right along where they show in the picture and are quite firm. I do not know what the result will be from wearing it while working out yet, but it feels like I am getting a little more work in those areas. My chest stays firmly in place, so at least for my size there is no need to wear an extra sports bra underneath. I ordered the Malibu Blue and it is a bright and lovely shade. It is nice enough that there is no need to wear anything else over it if you are going for a walk or jog and the weather is right.I hesitated a little on the purchase, but I have felt such success from the Reebok Women's EasyTone Go Outside Training Shoe that when my first pair wore out I immediately purchased a second. I also purchased the Reebok Women's Easytone Pant but since I am a little shorter (okay, a lot shorter) than average I will not be able to do an adequate review of these until I get them back from alternations.

this would be OK if the fabric were a little heavier to help hold everything in, but with the think fabric, the tightness just emphasizes any extra fat on your body.

I decided to buy this item because I find myself hunching more than I would like and I thought the resistance bands would help me to remember to keep my shoulders back. The weight of my chest also creats problems with shoulder and upper back aches, so I thought maybe the shirt would help with that as well if it indeed aided in muscle toning. I bought an XL, thinking that it would possibly be large enough to accomodate my 38DD chest (had to guess since there is no size chart). It does not. I can squeeze into it, but the result is an unflattering and slightly uncomfortable binding up into the torso. After walking around a bit, I decided that the bands would help with what I wanted the shirt for, and is comfortable enough for working out in the home. So I will be keeping the shirt, however, I won't be using it ouside the house for any extended legnth of time.
