I measured very carefully and checked the CW-X website for sizing instructions because I hate the hassle of returning items, even though Amazon is really exceptional about returns. I wear a 32D bra, or even a 30D, in every other brand. I fit "true-to-size" in other CW-X products, such as the running tights, which many other women often say "run small." This bra was SO tight that it took my husband to hold my ribs together to strap me into it, and then I could not breathe, much less run. I would absolutely "size up" if I ordered this bra at all. The bra gives the dreaded "runner's uni-boob" instead of supporting your breasts equally. The bra is IMPOSSIBLE to put on by yourself, absolutely impossible. It would take a contortionist with extraordinary talent to dress herself in this bra, so single girls, back away. If you are small-breasted and have a partner to help dress you... this may be your bra. It appeared to be well constructed and absolutely held me in. Not for a more endowed woman, even if she is slender. (5'2", 105#)

Great bra for runners. I'm a long distance runner with 20+ mile long runs and this bra is great. Very minimal bounce and it doesn't just squish the girls in either. Poor design with two hooks in the back. Seriously, must have been designed by a guy since no woman would design a bra you have to hook in the back AFTER you have it on. But once your hooked in, it is a great bra

This is the best sports bra I have ever owned. I am a 36DDD and I don't bounce at all! It does smash you down and make you have a uni-boob but that is a fair trade off for me
