I bought these because you can wear these for working out or just with regular clothing. You can transition quickly from workout clothes to regular clothes (if you didn't sweat much and needing a shower). I like the fact that it gives shape without having underwire. So comfortable. It can give support for up to C cups.

I am a 34 C. I have a hard time finding running bras that are supportive without being uncomfortable. This bra is it! I run about 15-20 miles a week and normally wear this one every run. It has held up for more than a year and half with no give in support.

This has been my favourite sports bra puchase so far. It has some padding which gives a flattering shape to my smaller bust (32B).Most sports bras turn me into a smashed flat chest which isn't great for the ego. I have worn this for jogging 10km quite comfortably. It has been great for the gym as well. I wish there was more cool colours because I would definately buy more of these.
