Do yourself a favor and order one size up. Im usually a medium (Im 5'4, 135lbs) but I ordered a large in the TYR support top and it fits perfect. I really like the breathability of the material. I wore it under my wetsuit for a practice swim and left it on under my tshirt for the 35 minute drive home with the window open, and it dried up about 70-80%...so this really makes me think that it will totally dry up when I have it on during a triathlon...

I am a pretty active person, working as a PE teacher and also a recreational athlete. I live in a humid climate and expect a lot from my sports clothing as it needs to be regularly washed and is worn frequently.I bought this bra as I compete in Triathlons and thought it would be good to have a sports top that has been designed for triathletes wearing it for long periods of time. The material seems to be of good wicking quality and it is very breathable and has pretty good support. It does not have separate cups, rather squeezes and bunches to keep you from moving about. However, the size runs small to regular sizes. The medium I have purchased is tight and is very close to the arm pit which causes rubbing and irritation when exercising, I hope that after more time in it this will cease to be an issue, but for the price it was not what I had hoped it to be!
